• Your Experience Credit is valid for 30 days from the date your Experience order is delivered.
• Redeemable once towards your first purchase of an AYUO full-size product.
• Valid for AYUO full-size products only and cannot be used towards another AYUO Experience purchase.
• Limited to one Experience Credit per customer.
• Experience Credit is linked to the email address used to purchase the AYUO Experience.
• When you place your first order for an AYUO full-size product using the same email address, your HK$39 Experience Credit will be automatically applied at checkout.
• Experience Credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• AYUO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Experience Program and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
