AYUO Affiliate Terms and Conditions
1. 參與資格｜Eligibility
申請人必須年滿十八歲，所有申請須經本計劃審批。拍檔須提供真實、準確的個人及收款資料，不得冒用身份、重複登記或擅自轉讓戶口。
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. All applications are subject to programme approval. Affiliates must provide truthful and accurate personal and payment information. Identity misuse, duplicate registrations and unauthorised account transfers are prohibited.
2. 推薦獎賞資格｜Referral Reward Eligibility
推薦獎賞只適用於本計劃指定商品及經系統確認歸屬的有效推薦訂單。訂單須成功付款、通過適用退款期及審核，方可確認推薦獎賞。後台顯示的待審核金額不代表已確認應付。
Referral Rewards apply only to designated products and valid referral orders attributed to the Affiliate by the tracking system. Referral Rewards are confirmed only after successful payment, expiry of the applicable refund period and completion of verification. Pending amounts displayed in the dashboard are not confirmed amounts payable.
3. 每月結算及發放｜Monthly Settlement and Payment
推薦獎賞按月結算，已確認款項於完成審核後安排發放。未完成審核的款項順延至確認後的結算週期。拍檔毋須另行申請提款。
Referral Rewards are settled monthly. Confirmed amounts are scheduled for payment following completion of verification. Amounts awaiting verification are carried forward to the settlement cycle following confirmation. No withdrawal request is required.
4. 收款資料｜Payment Details
拍檔須提供準確、完整及有效的收款資料，並及時更新。因資料欠缺、錯誤或失效而未能付款，款項可暫緩發放，並以登記電郵通知補正；資料補正後於下一結算週期處理，本計劃毋須反覆催交。
Affiliates must provide accurate, complete and valid payment details and keep them up to date. If payment cannot be completed because details are missing, incorrect or invalid, payment may be deferred and corrections requested through the registered email address. Payment will be processed in the next settlement cycle after correction. Repeated reminders are not required.
5. 閒置及終止資格｜Inactivity and Termination
自資格批准日或最後一宗有效推薦成交日起，連續60日未有有效推薦成交，本計劃可暫停或終止拍檔資格，並停用推薦碼及連結，毋須另行通知。資格終止後產生的訂單不再享有推薦獎賞。
If no valid referral sale is generated for 60 consecutive days from approval or the most recent valid referral sale, participation may be suspended or terminated, and referral codes and links may be deactivated, without further notice. Orders placed after termination do not qualify for Referral Rewards.
6. 終止後結算｜Settlement After Termination
終止前的有效訂單仍須完成退款期及審核。剩餘已確認推薦獎賞併入正常月結一次發放，不受最低發放金額限制，亦不另設即時或個別結算。有效推薦獎賞不會僅因戶口閒置而被沒收。
Valid orders placed before termination remain subject to the applicable refund period and verification. Any remaining confirmed Referral Rewards will be paid in a single payment through the normal monthly settlement process, without a minimum payment threshold. No immediate or separate settlement is provided. Valid Referral Rewards will not be forfeited solely because of account inactivity.
7. 推薦獎賞取消及追回｜Referral Reward Reversals and Recovery
涉及取消、退款、拒付、虛假交易、重複計算或錯誤計算的推薦獎賞，可被取消或調整。已發放的相關款項，可從日後應付推薦獎賞中抵銷，或要求拍檔退回。
Referral Rewards relating to cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, duplicate credits or calculation errors may be cancelled or adjusted. Any affected amounts already paid may be offset against future Referral Rewards or recovered from the Affiliate.
8. 違規處理｜Breaches and Investigations
拍檔不得刷單、操控追蹤紀錄、冒充官方、發布誤導宣傳或擅自作出產品及優惠承諾。如有合理理由懷疑違規，本計劃可暫停戶口及相關推薦獎賞發放以進行調查。確認違規後，可即時終止資格、取消相關推薦獎賞及要求退回不當取得的款項。
Affiliates must not generate artificial orders, manipulate tracking records, impersonate an official representative, publish misleading promotions or make unauthorised product claims or promotional promises. Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, the account and related Referral Reward payments may be suspended pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, participation may be terminated immediately, related Referral Rewards cancelled and repayment of improperly obtained amounts requested.
9. 品牌使用及拍檔身份｜Brand Use and Affiliate Status
拍檔屬獨立推廣者，並非本計劃營運方的僱員或獲授權代理，無權代表營運方訂立協議或作出承諾。資格終止後，須停止以電子拍檔身份推廣，並停止使用本計劃提供的品牌素材。
Affiliates are independent promoters, not employees or authorised agents of the programme operator. They have no authority to enter into agreements or make commitments on the operator’s behalf. Upon termination, Affiliates must stop promoting themselves as programme affiliates and stop using brand materials supplied through the programme.
10. 計劃修改及管理權｜Programme Changes and Administration
本計劃可調整推薦獎賞金額、參與條件或終止運作，並以登記電郵或後台公告通知生效日期。修改不追溯減少已確認應付的推薦獎賞。本計劃營運方保留審核及管理的最終決定權。
Referral Reward amounts and participation requirements may be changed, or the programme discontinued, with notice of the effective date provided through the registered email address or a dashboard announcement. Changes will not retrospectively reduce confirmed Referral Rewards payable. The programme operator retains final decision-making authority over verification and administration.
11. 接受條款｜Acceptance of Terms
申請人須於登記時閱讀並同意本條款，並確認已年滿十八歲。中英文版本如有歧義，以繁體中文版本為準。
Applicants must read and agree to these Terms upon registration and confirm that they are at least 18 years old. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
